Years of study and professionalism are evident. Dr.Dave has helped me from severe exhaustion, crying almost daily from frustration over the lethargy, sleeping 6 hours a day, napping at work and sleeping 10 hours a night to sleeping 8 hours a night, stopped all ADHD/ Depression medications and hopefully will resume dojo life soon! I lost and KEPT OFF 20 pounds with simply a diet change, supplements and a walk once a day. When the doctors were clueless..Dave Frahm LISTENED and helped me to get my life back. One of the best resources for heath care that can be trusted with factual information and caring employees. Dr. Dave does the research and offers what he's learned, it's all up to you to decide if you're worth the investment to be healthy.

I have known about HQM since 1997 when a friend told my husband and I about Anne Frahm, her cancer story and their ministry. We read the books and learned so much about how to take care of our bodies. Dave continues this mission in a strong, honest and humorous way that inspires many people around the world. This is a much needed service for anyone, whether you are currently dealing with a medical issue or know of someone who is. The books and resources that are offered are solidly backed by research and just make sense. Who doesn't want to take control over what your body needs instead of rushing to the Dr. for a pill?!?! I highly recommend this agency and all they offer since they work with real people with real problems!

My husband attended the lodge program in 1997 and found it extremely helpful as he discovered how his life style created the cancer he was dealing with. I have purchased items from HQM for myself and others. They run a honest business that stays within their means. I can't say enough about how this ministry has helped me, my family and many of my friends.

Healthquerters is a great ministry. My sister overcame cancer by submitting herself to Daves advice. So in order not to get cancer I have been taking the supplements that my body needs. Their staff is very helpful and my order arrives very quickly. Thanks Celina T.

I was referred to this ministry by one of Daves Campus Crusade for Christ's College buddyies wife 10 years ago upon diagnosis of breast cancer. I have loved being loyal to the products suggested to reverse the Pattern as suggested in the book.............YES and now 10 + years FREE.....How I praise our LORD for thsi ministry and being a good steward of our bodies....I love to refer at least one a month to help them too.
Keep serving Jesus with skin on to keep us all on earth with our skin on to serve HIM more daily!!!

I am a 10 year breast cancer survivor and how grateful I am to have been led to Healthquarters through a campus crusade freind from Dave's college days to this ministry......I feed my thyroid and adredals daily plus the Essiacc tea supplemineting with zinc plus Progestrine cream. This follows the prevention program and with Dr Frahms and the Great Physician I am confident in staying healed for His glory!!! May you too experience healing with any issues and overcome them to shine for our Lord Jesus in His glory!!!!

Send an email reminder that the newsletter has been posted...when IS mid month...life gts busy and before I know it I have missed reading several months....also it is hard to keep up with the specials....I don't see them so my sister calls me as she gets the hard copy to notify me. She doesnt always get the job done either...there must be a better way.Reminder emails would be great

It was a divine day when one of Dr Frahms college friends from Des Moines Ia referred me the phone number/web site. I now am a 9 Year survivor of breast cancer and the program I am on is totally reclaiming my health by feeding my thyroid and adrenal glands plus balancing out the hormones and taking Essiac Tea. There isn't a day goes by that I don't thank the good Lord for my healing through him and through the program I am blessed to be on.......

I had stage 4 uterine cancer 6 years ago. After depleting all options from the oncologists, my mom took me to "a nutrionist she had heard of". I had no idea at all what a nutritionist/naturopath was. After the first meeting I had with him, he told me what type of cancer I had, how bad it was and why I had it. But best of all, he told me what I could do to fight it. Everything he taught me made sense. The regimene he had me on saved my life. No, the amazing gifts God blessed Dave Frahm with, saved my life and hundreds of others. I have been truly inspired by this ministry to use this extra time on Earth God has allowed me to at least help the sick people I come into contact with, tell them my story and send them to Healthquarters Ministries.

Helping Dr. Dave Frahm and HealthQuarters Ministries update their vital publications has been an honor and privilege. The wisdom and vast array of resources from a Christian worldview is refreshing in an industry that seems to be dominated by New Age professionals. As a Healthquarters patient, I have also had dramatic results in supporting my thyroid, adrenals and hormonal balances. The staff is knowledgeable and caring and are committed to their high calling.

I have been reading and learning about health and nutrition for the last 25 years. Health Quarters Ministries educates people to take the very best care of themselves. They truly care about people. I use many of their supplements and can't wait to read the Newsletter each month. I tell everyone I can about this ministry. I believe we are our own best health advocate. Because of the knowledge I gain from HQM I am strengthening my adrenals and other hormones that have been compromised for years, something my doctors didn't know how to treat and didn't think were related. I'm feeling better and thank God for Dave and HQM.

We have been reading their books and newsletters and heading their advice since the late 1990's. And every time some one tells us about their health challenges, I refer them to the the work of HealthQuarters. Just today a colleague's was diagnosed with Breast Cancer, and I gave them my copy of their book - Cancer Battle Plan. I appreciate their work and ministry.

I was introduced to their books, and from that their work. We have shared their information with many who were struggling with decisions, especially with Cancer. Dr Frahm's newsletter had so many answers, for diagnosis and healthy living ideas that I have carefully saved them over the years.

I met Dr. Frahm through his first book with his beautiful late wife in a heath food store. It was God's answer to my prayer. I had gone to 6-7 different doctors and no one could specify on what was wrong with me they just wanted me to pull my thyroid out. Christ through Dr. Fram saved my life. Healthquarters ministries is a blessing and an answered prayer. They have done everything to help me and I am alive today without medication because of their help. Thank you
