A great group of people with passionate hearts for women who find themselves in a crisis pregnancy. Family atmosphere not an institutionalized approach. Lots of love with programs that can put women in position for a true "life change".

Harkins House has served Houston and the surrounding areas over 16 years by providing a healthy and safe home environment for homeless pregnant women. Harkins House also provides professional counseling, personal mentoring and offers many educational classes in the onsite Life Learning Center. Harkins House residents choose to either parent their baby or make adoption plans through an accredited adoption agency. Many Harkins House residents have obtained their college degree, are currently enrolled in college classes and/or have obtained their high school diploma.
