Harbor City Services is a special company providing excellent customer service while helping individuals with mental illness and addiction. This group of people has a high percentage of setbacks due to the nature of their illness. Harbor City provides the ability to return to work if you have a setback, after getting treatment. This gives hope and stability to people who often have little hope of a normal life.

Harbor City Services is a unique organization: it helps people recover from illness; it provides valuable services to the business community at competitive prices; and it does both of those activities without any taxpayer funding. For over twenty five years, HCS has been a successful "social enterprise" - decades before "social networks", "social websites", and "social living" had been invented. From the Executive Director (who was the founder of HCS) to the Board President, to every Board Member, to every HCS associate, customer service is first priority followed closely by helping associates live successful lives. This is the model all companies should seek to follow, and the type of company clients should seek out to do business with.
