Grist is an indispensable resource for news, ideas, and insights regarding environmental policy. It keeps me up-to-date and is one of my most important sources for my own writing on the topic.

I love Grist Magazine! I get so much of my information from them because even though it's an environmental magazine, I still think their articles are fair. They give the straight facts, then put the environmental "twist" to the article. I'm always telling people about this magazine, and I think it's catching on.
Thanks Grist!

People's response to their articles. Folks of all background are reading this magazine, or at least the article I show them. This magazine makes people aware of environmental issues, without being "in their readers face".

Provide information for volunteers and interns with different environmental organizations. I really don't have that many critiques.

I depend on Grist for great policy analysis of climate initiatives, as well as strong context for other environmental policy and practice.

I love Grist, and have for years, since before their newsletters were HTML formatted. Even just the text was good, pithy environmental news I needed to have on a daily basis. It still is. I love the good writing, timely subjects and constant hilarity and levity. Thanks for providing me with grist.

I really enjoy reading Grist, it's one of my favorite discoveries of 2010! I find information and writing on their site that I don't find anywhere else on most of the issues that concern me -- environmental awareness, food supply/agriculture, responsible activism.

I've been receiving Grist's daily email every day since it began in 1999. I depend on it to keep me hip (and punny) in the environmental world. The headlines, like "Sometimes Cheetah's Do Prosper," tickle my funny bone in just the right spot. Thanks Grist!

Grist offers "green" news on a huge variety of things. I have learned a lot from the website and really admire the dedication and knowledge of the staff. They don't limit themselves to on type of analysis. One example of great knowledge is when ask Umbra does research on such things as lightbulbs, washing dishes.... fun.

GRIST helps its readers to stay in touch with a vast variety of issues and subjects. One simply couldn't even attempt to try and stay current without their tireless reporting of stories both big and small. I recommend them to everyone!

Grist is a wonderful online eviromental news magazine. They provide great coverage of the latest environmental news and they also have terrific commentary. I rely on Grist for much of my current knowledge of the state of our global environment. Occasionally some of the ads they run are annoying, however, I see the necessity for revenue since Grist is a free magazine. I would be willing to pay for the magazine to make sure Grist stays solvent. This is a great resource and a great service. Thanks, Grist!!!!
