The Great Guys Group is phenomenal. They really care about their clients and they go above and beyond to try to help each of one of them. I just wish more people heard about us and we will get there. We touch so many people and it's so nice to help someone in need. Every donation helps and so many families are being affected with some very hard times with this horrible disease of cancer. I can't think of a group that is more devoted to helping these families survive the financial hardship that comes with this disease. My family went through two versions of cancer when I was younger and I only wish I knew about a group like this - just to even pay the parking at CHOP back in 1978. I'll never forget trying to find quarters in our sofas to make sure we could pay for the parking so we could see my sister. Great job Great Guys!! Keep up the great work!

The Great Guys Group is a wonderful organization. I know too many families that are going through difficult times when it relates to cancer. Most of the insurance programs do not sufficiently pay what is needed and The Great Guys Group has been a wonderful angel to those families in a time of need. I love being a volunteer. When I was younger, my sister had cancer and our insurance only paid 80% - so I truly understand how invaluable a group like this would have been for my family. So I try to tell as many people as I can about their services and how they can help - and they constantly outdo themselves every year!

The Great!

I've personally experienced the results of this organization in...

I have seen so many families receive help - and once you hear that your funds helped even one family - you know it was worth it!

Ways to make it better...

If I had to make changes to this organization, I would...

Try to market them to the outside even more - I realize it takes dollars and cents, but it really is such a great organization that helps so many people!!

Great Guys embodies the truest and most genuine sense of concern for people in the local community that are struggling with the financial challenges resulting from a family member with cancer. Great Guys as an organization turns concern for another into actions to really help! Results count! Making things happen by raising money to help those in need acts on the most positive human concerns we have as individuals and as a nation. I am proud to be a part of this group.

The statements made by several recipients at the recent 10 year anniversary dinner were sincere, and deeply appreciative of the help that they received. Being wtiness to that is all I need to hear.

Ways to make it better...

If I had to make changes to this organization, I would...

Continue promoting the goals and objectives of the organization and raise the funds needed to meet the goals in our plan.

The GGG has been instrumental in assisting hundreds of families in the Delaware Valley that have a loverd one going through cancer treatment. The services provided are invaluable to those families.

An aquaintance of mine was provided 2 months of mortgage payments so that he did not lose his house while undergoing cancer treatment.

Ways to make it better...

If I had to make changes to this organization, I would...

Find a way for the GGG to obtain more funds to allow them to assist all of the families who come to them for help.

I have had the privilege of working closely with Paul Isenberg, Founder & CEO and Mika Maloney, Co-Founder and COO for nearly 1.5 years now. They have proven passionate, compassionate and to be sponges. They have adopted a series of systems and processes that have propelled GGG to the forefront of regional NFP's.

Assisting just 50 - 60 families a few years ago, GGG assisted roughly 1200 cancer fighters and their families to:
- stay in their homes
- keep the lights, heat and A/C on
- maintain their family transportation

And more important, get back on their feet so they can help other GGG families.

GGG fills a gap no-one else serves in the NFP community. Further, by employing solid, standard best-industry practices they have developed a "cookie cutter model" that has national roll-out potential.

These are truly "Great Guys (and Gals)" to be part of.

One of my closest employees wives is suffering from advanced breast cancer. GGG has been working to ensure their needs are met and remove some of the stress related to this battle.

Ways to make it better...

If I had to make changes to this organization, I would...

Grow the endowment to expand services nationally.
