Grand Valley Catholic Outreach provides essential services to families who are in need including food, clothing, assistance with utilities and rent and case management support. This organization has a great vision as shown in a permanent housing project for people who are very low income or disabled and transitional housing for families leaving homelessness. The organization has a unique blend of vision, heart and faith and has become a standout of service to the homeless and working poor in the Grand Valley.
