I signed up for serving hours in this food bank because of academic requirement. After I have been for several times, I realized that there are a big population out there need our service and food. I haven't thought much about it before my service. We need to serve people with our minds and hearts, even though the population we serve is at low SES or homeless, we do our best to make sure the food are affordable and fresh to eat. I am glad that I found this place and wish to go back some day.

we signed up to do a project through our church. Together as a family we share the love of serving impractical ways. Together we sorted food and organized the food pantry. We're giving back to our community at God Provides Ministry. " Love Loud Go 2 Faith "

The people are great, friendly, and passionate about helping the community. They work hard with smiles on their face. They have lots of great food, beyond what I expected.

I volunteered here and had a great time. The team is very open hearted and helpful. The family packs we put together far exceeded my expectation. The family packages were full and I felt confident that they would help families in need.

I was volunteering on skid ow when I heard about this organization donating food to our kitchen. Wow, the food was fresh produce and meats. We feed hundreds of people daily ad they were our main source of food for the kitchen. When the kitchen closed due to funding I started volunteering at God Provides Food Bank and they take a lot of personal pride building the family packages and feeding the local homeless. I am proud to be apart of this food bank and tell everyone about it.

I have been working for the Food Bank about a year now and have had first hand experience on how thankful our clients are for the help. I have volunteered at a few different places. But, volunteering here has been very rewarding. I would highly recommend this place to everyone i know.

This is by far the best food bank in Los Angeles. I feel as though the owner and staff care. This place has helped my family out tremendously. Because of this place, my husband and I have been able to thoroughly feed our children. I highly recommend this place if you are in a financially low place. They also offer opportunies for volunteering if you do not have the $20 to pay for the family package. Best place!

As a board member, it has been a pleasure to serve this organization since 2003 and assist in planning its growth and sticking to basic fundamental theology that were only the vessel and through the Creator all is possible. Being faithful and in constant prayer and trusting in faith our growth has been a blessing when so many food banks have closed. We continue to strive to be a blessing to those in need, guide those who seek a personal relationship in worship and make a difference in the lives we touch. Sticking to our faith and principles is our strength and the willingness to help all is our success.

For 2014 our program "We are our brother's keeper" Genesis 4:1-9 teaches us our direction to serve in aiding our fellow man, humanity, love and caring. Our Native American values that a man is measured by how much he shares and not by how much he has saved. To respects all faiths and to demonstrate our by our actions of giving, sharing , and respect. James 2:17 faith without works is dead.

Its is in our best interest to give you the best we can provide for it is the blessing we seek. Our heart is in the right place so if we fail you in our service please let me know. Pastor Allan

I have been to many food banks and panties. God Provides give food that meet our groceries needs for over a week and an assortment of fresh fruits and vegetables plus meats. No hassle about income, just the need for assistance.

God Provides is a caring organization, big hearts doing big things through out Los Angeles County and beyond. Native American Food bank distributing food to local Tribes and feeding the homeless daily. Providing free clothing and turing away noone in need.

I've personally experienced the results of this organization in...

helping to distribute food daily.

What I've enjoyed the most about my experience with this nonprofit is...

working with other organization supporting Christmas Parties with food.

The kinds of staff and volunteers that I met were...

Christian faith hard working indiviuals making a difference in their community.

If this organization had 10 million bucks, it could...

new trucks and retire the 1982, 1988, 1994,1995. They would expand the program. If they feed 45,000 people monthly now with no government funding, It would be a great blessing to the right organization.

How frequently have you been involved with the organization?

About every week
