I have taken the "Heal the Healer" workshops a number of times and every time I have learned something new that has been enormously helpful in my day to day life. There is something for everyone in the Heal the Healer workshops - the kind of insights and little adjustments that even a novice can feel empowered by learning and implementing. Kira Ferrand and the Go to Health team are deeply committed healers and enormously talented people especially gifted in translating their deep knowledge and experience into usable bits of healing for the layperson. I really can't praise this highly enough and look forward to the next workshop I can participate in - this service is not something to miss! This is definitely a service that needs to get out to a wide audience.

I have been a client of Kira Ferrand's for several years and never cease to be amazed at the skill and expertise she brings to her work. She is a truly gifted practitioner and stands apart from her peers in terms of knowledge and deep healing wisdom. I have participated in the "Heal the Healer" Workshops several times and not only had an engaging learning experience but took away tips and practices that I could immediatley implement in my own life. i believe is an excellent and worthy candidate for the top-ratedt Non-Profits
list. A recent workshop, part of the GoToHealth PlayLab, was " Heal The
Healer" directed by the practitioner, Kira Ferrand, PhD. She is well-organized,
superbly compassionate and creative, addressing the specific needs of health-care workers
and healers. The PlayLab is evidence of GoToHealth's sensitivity to the needs
of those of us who work in the field of healthcare.

I participated in Go to Health's "Heal the Healer" workshop (led by Kira Ferrand) a couple of times and found it to be nothing short of amazing. As a former cancer patient, stress and anxiety occasionally creeps in, and that's certainly not a good thing for maintaining optimal health following such an illness. The Heal the Healer workshop provided me with skills and insights needed to nip this anxiety in the bud, calm down and relax, and understand how to zoom in and focus on the signals, big and small, my body sends to my mind--definitely a worthwhile workshop, and I'm looking forward to attending another session.

The two PLaYLaB Heal the Healer workshops I have taken with Kira Laura Ferrand are truly serving me well in my daily life. They have provided me with a series of simple yet far-reaching energizing techniques that enable me to relieve daily stress and, as Ms. Ferrand advises, "always be doing yoga," no matter what I am doing or where I am. These multidisciplinary techniques, which are helping me to de-mechanize my body, as well as my mind, are as familiar and accessible as foot flexing, alternate nostril breathing, and gently massaging key pressure points on my hands, head and legs. and they are all at my fingertips. I highly recommend the PLaYLaB workshops to one and all.

I attended the heal the healer PLayLaB with Kira Ferrand and it was one of the most useful experiences in years of collecting information about how to help my body cope with stress. In a few short hours I learned dozens of easy-to-learn, easy-to-implement techniques that I can use at home but also on a plane, in a hotel room, even at my desk to relax and feel good. I've shared many of the things I've learned with my friends, colleagues and family to whom Kira is now a household name, even if they've never met her! So there is a small chorus in this review chanting KI-RA! KI-RA! KI-RA! thank you!!!!

I came to a Care for the Caretaker workshop at Go To Health through the Playlab here in NYC and left feeling nourished, honored and armed with information and self care techniques!, I was so inspiring! Our teacher, Kira Ferrand was clear, nurturing and knowledgeable about the body & breath work, Yoga/ meditation she was teaching us. I attended Kira's workshop called "Heal The Healer," though I myself am not in the healing business. I figure there is at least one person in the world we are all responsible for healing, and that is ourselves, so I am a healer! Though there were many beneficial parts to the workshop, and many things I have tried to incorporate into my daily routine, the most valuable part of it for me was learning how to breath correctly. I have long known that my breathing patterns weren't good, but had never had anyone show me how to change the pattern and breath correctly. Now I spend 5 minutes every day sitting quietly and practicing breathing. Life saving! Thanks, Kira.
