Through participation in our programs, girls learn the skills to become leaders in their communities, leading to exponential change Girls Incorporated of New York City was created in 1998 as an independent affiliate of the national Girls Inc. organization. Girls Inc. of NYC is a great organization that empowers underserved girls to be "strong, smart and bold". Almost 100% of GINYC girls graduate high school and go on to college -- that's quite a feat in NYC where about half of our kids graduate high school. Girls Inc. of NYC makes the future of New York City look brighter -- these girls will come back home from college and be movers and shakers in their communities, giving back and making life better for everybody. Girls Inc. is a great cause indeed.
Girls Inc. of NYC makes New York City better, girl by girl by girl.
