GIANT STEPS ILLINOIS INC Reviews
Giant Steps has helped provide me with hope and a new passion to do something about autism. Although my autistic son is an adult, there is so much more for him and others afflicted with autism, to experience and achieve. I have personally witnessed the progress of the children enrolled in our school as they advance from grades K-12 and to age 22 when they (by state law) must move on. Although Giant Steps education for autistics is second to none in Illinois, our training for the greater community may have even more far reaching impact. The training of first responders, firemen, police, DCFS, stadium security, schools and many other organizations can change lives and prevent tragedies. I have never been more proud of an organization dedicated to helping the helpless. Relieving the sufferings of autistic children and their families is the greatest opportunity of all, to join in doing God's work.
