An allegation by someone who is not willing to identify themselves, made the statement “her lawyer offered me money to shut up.” this is a FALSE MISSTATEMENTof fact that never occurred. Over the course of time, there have been a few false allegations and they have all been declared unfounded. If there is anyone with legitimate questions of concerns relating to the conduct of Georgeann’s Homeless Hounds & Foster Program of Florida, Inc., they are requested to contact my office directly.

I represent Georgeann’s Homeless Hounds & Foster Program of Florida, Inc., a Florida non-profit Corporation (hereinafter referred to as Homeless Hounds) and a D.A.R.T. Member Volunteer. Homeless Hounds has appropriate policies and procedures in effect when animals are surrendered to Homeless Hounds. Connie Brooks of the Pinellas County SPCA “ ... felt the ranch was clean and the animals were well cared for.” She specifically noted she did not see an abundance of feces and there was no foul odor on the ranch. Dr. Rhonda Johnson advised that she had “been familiar with them for 5+ years and has never seen any abuse, cruelty or neglect .... ” The State Attorney’s Office “... did not find any evidence of abuse or neglect on the ranch...... The animals on the ranch were all in good health and ... had access to food, water and shelter. The property was clean and well kept.” James R. Kennedy, Jr., Esq.
