I have adopted 3 Weimaraners and 1 German Pointer over the past 18 years from FFP. Diane, the founder, is a tireless devotee to rescuing dogs and finding the right homes for them. Her love, dedication, and knowledge of this breed is extraordinary. I have done extensive volunteering at the shelter as well as donating money every year. I have seen her work first-hand and she is comitted to providing a safe environment for the dogs during their 'transition period' while they are awaiting their new life and home. Please donate to this charity so that they continue to have enough resources for rent, dog food, veterinary services, and all the expenses involved in saving companions from death at the shelters. - DV
