Review from Guidestar
July 22, 2011

Richard Hernandez is the Founder of Fresh Start. He is committed to helping those in need in the Ontario Community. He runs several programs, including a community garden, children's food program, legal services, mentoring, and support for at-risk children.

His door is always open, he
is connected with the Ontario Community and he is located in a high need area in Ontario.
