My experience at the "foot print for success clubhouse" was a positive one. As a proffessional in the field of mental health, I was verry impressed in the the cossumers were involved in learning new skills. The club house shows how different a real clubhouse is from just a dropping center. Good job.

My personal experience as a member of Foot Print to Success Clubhouse has been a great one. I have been a part of the clubhouse since it first started, its given me lots of opportunities to increase my self esteem, build my confidence. Not only has it helped me with my self esteem, but I was able to go through the 6 to 9 months transitional employment. I am very thrilled to be apart of the Clubhouse.

Because I am a mental health consumer, I wasinspired me to become a part of the Foot Print to Success Clubhouse family . The Clubhouse fosters recovery through meaningful work experiences that build confidence and self-esteem. The Clubhouse is about self empowerment and charting your own course to success. Members have the opportunity to hone their consumer skills, take financial self-management courses, learn about website design and receive job coaching services, etc. Most of all members have a second chance to rebuild their lives.

The Great!

I've personally experienced the results of this organization in...

mental health consumers who came to the Clubhouse with no hope for a better future. The Clubhouse transforms the lives of those who join. Clubhouse members learn to concentrate on their strengths, talents and interests. Members feel better about themselves and develop a positive outlook about life.

Ways to make it better...

There is not much to change. We need to have more Clubhouses focused on the same goals and issues.

Foot Print to Success is such a unique program. It goes way beyond being a job training program. The people they serve consider themselves a family. They all work together to achieve the same goal of going back to work and breaking the isolated lives they had.
I love that the members run the
entire Clubhouse. You can see they take so much pride in the work they do.

I have seen first hand the changes their members go through. They start the program very shy and withdrawn. Over time you can see them gain self-esteem and take great pride in their Clubhouse. The lives they are are fulfilling. They become employed and have created lifelong friendships.

Ways to make it better...

If I had to make changes to this organization, I would...

There is nothing I would change. The Clubhouse addresses all aspects of recovery not just becoming employed.
