I heard about Fair Tide several years ago and believe in their mission and in what they are doing. Their services make a difference. I studied the problem of homelessness in college and Fair Tide exemplifies what grassroots organizations are supposed to do in addressing the problem.

What I've enjoyed the most about my experience with this nonprofit is...

their growth. I see they are expanding and I am happy to see that.

The kinds of staff and volunteers that I met were...

caring and well-informed.

How frequently have you been involved with the organization?

About once a year

Fair Tide is the real deal and has connected with a number of different grassroots organizations in order to address a problem on the southern Maine coast many people are not aware of at all--homelessness. Led by caring and dedicated people, Fair Tide has had amazing success since being founded in 1998. I think they are an important community resource.

What I've enjoyed the most about my experience with this nonprofit is...

how caring their staff is and committed they are to their mission.

The kinds of staff and volunteers that I met were...

warm and caring people.

If this organization had 10 million bucks, it could...

end homelessness in New England.

How frequently have you been involved with the organization?

About every week
