Since that time, I have wanted to relay to the organization what a benefit they are to the public in encouraging educational goals and promoting higher education for everyone. I hope to one day be able to give back to the group.

- I've seen the results of this organization in... in that it allowed me to pursue my educational goals of becoming a doctor.
Ways to make it better!
- If I had to make changes to this organization, I would… make sure more people know what a great job they are doing!

I was a single divorced mother raising a son without any child support and working full time making 1,500 monthly when I began to work on my masters degree. Thanks to Allah for Ayman Fadel's organization that made it possible for me to complete my degree and secure a better life for myself and my son.

- I've seen the results of this organization in... Receiving the generous scholarships not only allowed me to complete my degree but restored my faith in people.

- One thing I'd also say is that... Thank Allah for people like Ayman Fadel who give back to the community.

Each time I remember the Fadel Foundation, I become so emotional and I start pouring down duas (prayers)for them.
It was in the year 1999, when I returned to the United States to continue my studies in the health field. Then by the qadar (destiny) of Allaah, I stumbled upon the Fadel Foundation website, and got hooked up with the application process. My actual studies as an undergrad started in summer of 2001, and throughout my undergrad studies from 2001 to 2006, I was a recipient of the Fadel Foundation grants. Alhamdulilaah. I also introduced my sibs, husband, and friends. Those that applied received the grants as well.
Last year, on my quest to begin graduate school, I contacted the foundation to inquire about grants for graduate studies. I was so delighted to hear their positive feedback.
In short, I have been a recipient for the past nine years, alhamdulilaah.

- I've seen the results of this organization in... many ways. The other people I spread the news to, also received educational grants. It was amazing.
- What I've enjoyed the most about my experience with this nonprofit is... their professionalism and the distance they would go to assist low-income deserving, talented students.
- The kinds of staff and volunteers that I met were... kind and very willing to work out the awards with you and your school.
- If this organization had 10 million bucks, it could... reach out to so many students who do not have any idea that such a foundation like FEF does exist.
Ways to make it better!
- If I had to make changes to this organization, I would… suggest that they increase the grants for graduate students since most graduate students are faced with school loans that accrue interest.
- In my opinion, the biggest challenges facing this organization are... funding. We need more philanthropists to donate to such a respected educational foundation.
- One thing I'd also say is that... the FEF foundation should keep it up. The more you invest in students, the more your foundation increases in wealth. This is a matter of spiritual fact. I'll continue to keep you in my prayers.
The FEF helped me with my medical school tuition 10 years ago. It made a huge difference to me and helped me achieve my goal of becoming a doctor. I found the FEF to be very organized & professional. I hope they continue to serve their great mission for many years to come.

- If I had to make changes to this organization, I would… Increase the size of the grants.
- In my opinion, the biggest challenges facing this organization are... extremely high cost of tuition, which is still increasing.
Ten years ago I was a beneficiary of FEF. This grant helps me a lot. I found this organization to be professional and honest.
I wish the best for them in the future work.
