After donating for years & being what I thought well informed, my daughter & her baby became a client. I was SHOCKED what really occurred. I was alienated & the Director I consider very unprofessional towards me as if my daughter needed to be protected from family. I later realized my daughter DID not cooperate & was asked to leave. HAD this organization done more than

If I had to make changes to this organization, I would...
Highly suggest more open communication between Director & "interested" family of their clients. They only work with very limited information and in my case caused MORE problems. Six yrs later I wrote a review because i felt permenant damage was/created.
