I attend EVAW conferences at least yearly and am always please with the up to date information provided. The work they do benefits all those wroking in the fields of Domestic Violence and Sexual Assault by helping provide the tools we need in order to better serve the victims of these horrendous crimes.
It's also always nice for me to simply spend time with others who are as passionate as I am about ending abuse, educating our communities, helping victims become survivors then thrivers, and holding batterers accountable.

And i am glad someone is there for them.

Working with the people at EVAW has been a blessing. The organization has helped our center provide more efficient services to sexual assault victims, and hold other professionals accountable to provide victim center services.

I am a Director of a Batterer Reducation Program. I have 30 years experience working on issues of violence against women.
I have found EVAW to be an invaluable resource for Women in children who are struggling with intimate partner and family violence issues who are out side of the U.S. but are U.S. citizens.

I have found EVAW training very educational in all areas addressing violence against women. I work as the victim services program director in a city attorney's office so I appreciate education from several points of view: i.e. law enforcement, prosecution, and victim services. I have attended classes from Stalking to domestc violence to sexual assault, as well as those designed to help service workers' compassion and fatigue issues. The all encompassing nature of EVAW conferences makes this a valuable opportunity for me.

EVAWI provides excellent training, resources and technical assistance. We are always happy to have them come train professionals in our state. The resources they provide are current, user friendly and professional. When you have a question or need advice, the staff are just a phone call away.
EVAWI inspires us all to keep moving forward and never give up. They listen to your needs and provide encouragement; this is evident with their Start by Believing Campaign.

EVAW has been a great resource to both myself and my office. I am a prevention worker that supervises several victim advocates. I consistantly get great resources, information, and even free classes that I share with the other professionals that I work with. I am registered to attend my first conference in April hosted by EVAW, and I can't wait! Thanks EVAW for all that you do!

EVAW has equipped me with knowledge to support sexual assault victims in my country. I always receive they invitation for webinars and annual conferences which offer the most advanced and updated information. I consider that this organization should receive more advertisement which could help the general public, allies and other professionals find out and benefit from them.
