Scheduled appt. for a tour and discussed which days I would need childcare. Encompass said they had openings so I scheduled an appt. for the following Monday. When I went in for the tour I was informed at this time they no longer had openings. I never recieved a phone call to cancel the tour.
I feel encompass is very unprofessional and unorganized. I am extremely grateful that my daughter will not be attending encompass.
