As we enter to this place we hear a man fighting with the printer machine coursing in a ugly way. And of course for our bad luck he call us to assist us. As he finish to explained everything we said that we will have to think about it what is the best way for us in this moment , he insisted in a very ugly way that he has to stay will all the document we brought, of course NO since it was taxes, bank statements etc. we wanted to make sure before we sign anything. He got very upset and throw our papers on the table open the door and said you know this is the last appointment you have over here. He was very nasty just because we did not want to leave the papers in his place. What kind of help can he offer when he treat people like that!

The employees are mostly hard working and respectful which is why I did not give
them one star but the owners mainly, Adriana are tyrants. They offer help but
belittle and degrade you at the same time. What could I say when I was in a position of need while she was talking down to me?
I just sat there and felt so small and powerless. This organization does good work but at the cost of your pride and self worth...no one should be made to feel this way.
