Divine Word Communications is a 501(c)(3) non-profit, incorporated in Alabama in 2003, to provide Catholic Radio to the Gulf Coast. Divine Word Communications began operating its first Catholic Radio Station on February 21, 2007, in Pensacola, Florida, operating WDWR AM-1230.
