The core staff of DLCMCDC is a passionate and dedicated couple whose main public relations is the service they perform. They are one of probably many similar small ministries nationwide that have heroic staff and volunteers. The impact they make is intensely local, and any contributions to them will likely be matched threefold by sweat equity.

The Great!

I've personally experienced the results of this organization in...

A presentation they gave to borough council on the impact of their visit to Haiti this spring.

At a glance http://www.dlcm.net/ the website for Daniel Laurent Christian Ministries Community Development Corporation Inc. (DLCMCDC) will take you to Families which constitute the primary target of DLCMCDC programs. Next is Christian Education, Christian Counseling, Interpretation/translations target languages: French and Haitian Creole, Overseas activities for the needy (Haiti). DLCMCDC SUPPORTS HAITI - For this cause, we left with urgency for Haiti to support as we said DLCMCDC SUPPORTS HAITI. From Feb. 23rd to March 6, 2010 we helped many people with despair, fretfulness: Some lost wives, husbands, and children, others lost family members and everything else. We found many with an arm or foot missing. This is the cry of a man:

The Great!

I've personally experienced the results of this organization in...

I've seen the results of this organization in its urgency of helping families in need. Its great development in Haiti after the earthquake surprised many communities. They went to Haiti performed tremendous works and donated $5820.00.

Ways to make it better...

If I had to make changes to this organization, I would...

If I ran this organization, I would look for supports like grants, a feasible location and more access to the medias in order to save more dysfunctional families, couples, individuals....

What I've enjoyed the most about my experience with this nonprofit is...

They have satisfied thousands of couples, parents, youths, individuals and families by giving them the tools that they need to be functional. In Haiti they built 3 solid communities which headquartered in 3 different churches that they also organized.

The kinds of staff and volunteers that I met were...

very compassionate, and quick to respond to urgency like the earthquake in Haiti.

If this organization had 10 million bucks, it could...

it could be one of the top important organization in America today.

Ways to make it better...

My overall experience would have been better if this organization could have good supports like grants, good facilities, and better feasible location.

In my opinion, the biggest challenges facing this organization are...

financial and location

One thing I'd also say is that...

Since its conception in 2001, this organization has been considerable amount of works with families in America and Overseas, Haiti without any grants or special donations. Now we need grants and a feasible location to equip more families and communities.
