Crossroads Africa is a testament to how a small group of people can have a major impact on the lives of the most vulnerable.

CA is a non-denominational, faith based organization created to cut through "red tape" and go directly to the challenge at hand. One ministry is to pastors in
isolated, poverty stricken areas. Several Bible training centers have now developed from the many countless hours of seminars. For example the Crossroads Bible Training Center, Nairobi, Kenya and the Suguta Bible Training Center, Suguta Mar, Kenya. Now men can attend these centers and receive a One-year Diploma in Bible.

Crossroads also sponsors an art therapy program, Art for the Heart, where children traumatized by poverty, war, abuse and abandonment can freely express emotions without words.

For example, in 2008, CA identified a Northern Kenya tribal group of abandoned disabled children. Many of the children had been tortured, and left for dead. A local orphanage took the children but were ill-equipped to deal with their sever trauma. A week-long Art for the Heart workshop trained staff how to use specific art activities to help the children express their sadness and fear.
