Countryside is a great place for persons with developmental disabilities to learn job skills, make friends and be involved with the community. i have been involved with Countryside over 35 years as a volunteer and board member. Some of the clients were young children when I first came to Countryside and now they have grown into happy working adults.

The Great!

I've personally experienced the results of this organization in...

seeing the clients learn job skills that help them be productive individuals in the community.

Ways to make it better...

If I had to make changes to this organization, I would...

Build a larger facility to add more clients who want to learn skill for jobs and living independently.

A great organization helping adults with disabilities find and obtain quality employment. It is obvious by their actions that those involved in this organization truly care about the clients being serviced. I am proud to be a small part of this group using our community newspapers to amplify their voices and to help service their needs. Whether you provide the gift of time or money you can be sure it is going to a great local cause.

I have seen their clients working onsite and in the field andseen first hand the joy it brings to them and their families. Whether expressing themselves performing their jobs or by creating artwork they auction at their Art In The Countryside event, the happiness and satisfaction is obvious.

If I had to make changes to this organization, I would...

Increase thier staffing and facilities to allow for more clients to be serviced
