As a former wild life rehabilitation person, I have nothing but respect for The Coral Springs Center & Wildlife Hospital. My son and I visited frequently with our Mom's club friends to enjoy the permanent residents that are unable to be re-released into the wild. If you have a love & understanding for the native species in our community than you can easily recognize how important their contribution to our community is! Rehabbing injured or abandoned animals is not for everyone. It's very time consuming, expensive & not an exact science. People who work with animals to help raise, rehabilitate & release them have such big hearts. I definitely suggest you bring your friends and family's to visit! And if you can, DONATE! They are most likely always in need of something & money ensures they are able to properly provide for our native species that deserve to share our community with us!
