I served as an intern with Convoy of Hope in 2009 from June-July and still continue to serve with them when I can. Convoy of Hope is truly blessed by the hand of the Lord. Learning about their organization and those who began it was truly a life changing experience. I know first hand that they are financially responsible non-profit organization, and they are very trustworthy. Each dollar donated is stretched to around seven dollars of product. They reach out to their community in the Ozarks, as well as around the entire United States. Though they are not limited to the USA. They have served through outreaches and distributions across the earth, and their disaster relief team is top notch! I could go on and on...

The Great!
  • What I've enjoyed the most about my experience with this nonprofit is... I feel like Convoy of Hope is a part of my family. I visit them often and volunteer when I can. I have experienced much personal growth through my time with them.
  • The kinds of staff and volunteers that I met were... The staff members of Convoy of Hope are truly investing a piece of their hearts into every person that walks through their doors, calls their phone, or sends e-mails their inbox. They will pray for you on the spot, and encourage you by loving you.
  • If this organization had 10 million bucks, it could... turn it into 70 million dollars and feed more mouths, build more houses, and reach more people across the whole earth.
Ways to make it better!
  • One thing I'd also say is that... Convoy of Hope ROCKS.

It was a great time. I was out of my comfrot zone most of the day, but put the day in God's hands. Praying for the people who came through was fulfilling and to see how gracious they were even in this time of need was amazing. It makes my problems seem like nothing.

The Great!
  • What I've enjoyed the most about my experience with this nonprofit is... that it opened my heart more than I thought it would. to see God's people in their time of need show their gratfulness and bless me as I blessed them and prayed for them.
Ways to make it better!
  • One thing I'd also say is that... there were people who showed up towards the end and everything was already closing or closed. they didn't get to experience the whole thing.
