When my niece Brittanee Drexel went missing on April 25, 2009 the world had changed for myself and my family. It was a feeling that I couldn't explain. The fear, pain, suffering, emptiness, sleepless nights always, tiredless efforts and the wondering has been a life challenge everyday. I met Monica Caison the founder shortly after and I had learened what she did and about the Cue Center. At first I was confused and didn't understand exactly everything but as time went on I seen and been there during my niece's searches and seen everything thst the Cue Center does for a family. When something like this happens to a family this Tragedy noone knows what to do, how to respond, who to reach out to,how to act and who to trust. Monica has taught myself gradually just all those answers I had right from the beginning. Trust was a big part for me. When it has to do with a love one in my family whom is missing you only want the Best Search and rescue Team in the World to help us. Monica has made that happen for me and my family and I will say her tireless nights, days, endless support thru out my family even with my youngest niece brittanee's sister, the education and knowledge that she has taught me during this period of time. My niece is still missing as of today May 21st 2010 but without Monica and her volunteers and just herself being whom she is today I don't think we would of reached this level. The Cue Center has made a difference in my life. I have now grown strong and even help as a volunteer for the Cue Center to give back what Monica and her other volunteers do for my niece and my family. The greatest gift ever is to show how much i really appreciate all she does and how she keeps going till the end and when it is the end I can promise you she will still be there for me and my family!! Thank You Monica for all you do for me, my family and so many other families across the country. It's organization's like this "THAT MAKE A DIFFERENCE". Love, Keri Drexel

- I've seen the results of this organization in... Attending searches, volunteering for the Cue Center and seeing it with my own two eyes what The Cue Center does when someone's love one is missing!
Ways to make it better!
- If I had to make changes to this organization, I would… I would not change anuthing about the Cue Center. I will keep supporting it forever!! How can you want to change a non- profit organization that does everything for all families above and beyond!!

I am so thankful for Monica and the CUE Center for helping me bring awarness to my brothers unsolved homicide for 19 years now his murder has went unsolved. Monica ans The Cue Center helps so many people ans she understands what families go through when a loved one goes missing. the Pain, and the Anguish, the hurt.
Most people do not understand what a family goes through whe a loved one has been murdered by someone that has never been cought held accountable. Or to not know where your child is, unless they have walked in there shoes.
I praise God for Monica, the CUE Center and all their many Volunteers, they are angels and worth their wight in GOLD!

Monica, the founder of CUE is an exceptional human being <3 I have never met anyone that is so dedicated to our cause-finding our missing loved ones! We were all complete strangers to her, yet she drops everything in her life for our missing loved one(usually presumed murdered) for us whenever we need her, be it a break in the case where Cue needs to assist or emotional support to keep us together. This organization is on call for the missing 24/7. My wish is to someday do something worthy of showing her and her team just how grateful I am that God put these people in my life. I think they just might be Angels without wings <3 What I do know is that I consider Monica Caison a member of my family! Forever BLESSED to know and be part of this organization!

- I've seen the results of this organization in... Everyday experiences , This is the ONLY organization that I know of that go far above the bar= and in the almost 26 years of searching for my missing mothers remains-I can tell you no other organization is more dedicated!
- What I've enjoyed the most about my experience with this nonprofit is... This non profit (Community Unity Effort)has RENEWED my faith in humanity, my strength and hope of Justice !
- The kinds of staff and volunteers that I met were... The most loving, amazing people that I've had the honor of meeting!
- If this organization had 10 million bucks, it could... Do soooo much more -CUE could branch out with satellite offices across the country - Monica could be in more places - assisting in solving many more unsolved missing persons/homicide cases!
Ways to make it better!
- My experience would have been better if... If I could give a beautifully large donation amount to CUE center for missing persons!
- If I had to make changes to this organization, I would… Give CUE ~ a l o t ~ of money so that she doesnt ever have to make choices of where she can afford to go! I want her to be able to assist on as many cases as she possibly can, without the worry of raising the money 1st to help find someones loved one.
- In my opinion, the biggest challenges facing this organization are... More and more reported missing people - endangered - possibly murdered such as my moms case - where her remains are hidden !
- One thing I'd also say is that... I have 1 dream, that one day I will be able to give back to this organization- and I feel if you dont have hopes dreams -you have nothing, please help me give back to this most worthy cause!?!
I was a Client Served & My mother's body was missing and recovered. CUE handled her case right from the begining til the very end.

Monica Caison and her band of volunteers took my mothers case November 2002. Just several days of her going missing. Even though our family soon found out that she was murdered, Monica and her volunteers still went out and searched for my mother. I ran into Monica in September of 2008 at one of her Road to remember tours in Whiteville NC. We spoke like no time had passed between us. It was then that I had decided to become involved with missing persons and had to do something to help another family. I headed up a fundraiser for CUE in honor of my mother. While trying to get exposure of the benefit for the CUE center I did several interviews with my local newspaper. In return Issac Bailey wanted to get my mothers murderers reaction so he wrote a letter to them. One of the men responded to the letter. My sister gave the letter to Monica Caison and she ran with it. In just minutes of talking to me on the phone the day she recieved his letter (12-16-2009) she formed a search for the following day and hit dirt literally. My mothers remains were found by Monica Caison and CUE. Do to their determination to bring our mother home, so we could give her a proper burial. Would never have happened if not for them. The unconditional caring and love they have for their clients is so genuine. I am proud to have met this organization. And honored to say that it is this organization CUE who brought my mother home to us almost six years after she was murdered.

- If I had to make changes to this organization, I would… not make any changes to this organization
I was a Client Served & My sister was a missing person until she was recovered. CUE handled her case and still does today as we seek justice.

No one ever thinks that they will need the services and support that this organization provides, but the truth is that it can happen to anyone at anytime. My sister Allison Jackson Foy went missing July 30th 2006 from Wilmington NC and without Monica Caison and CUE Center I do not believe she would have ever been found. My sister was recovered two years later, a victim of a brutal homicide and without the help of this organization my family and I would not have known what to do or how to do it! From advocating for my missing sister and family to physical ground searches, creating and hanging missing persons posters, getting media interest and helping us to deal with law enforcement, not to mention educating them along the way this organization does it all! Monica and her organization were and continue to be available to my family and I 24 hours a day 7 days a week, offering hope and support and encouragement in some of the darkest times of our lives. The dedication, commitment and professionalism are unlike any I have ever known in any other organization. This organization has helped over 8700 families and are so needed in this world of the missing that is a silent crisis in the world today. Community United Effort changes lives and helps so many families bring their missing loved ones home. At times when it seems like no one else cares or you are told there is nothing more we can do Monica Caison and her organization say there is more and we do care and we won't give up or stop the search until we have answers! I cannot say enough good things about Community United Effort and my family and I will be indebted to them forever!

- I've seen the results of this organization in... I personally can attest to this incredible organization & what they do because they were instrumental in recovering & bringing my sister Allison home. They continue to walk the journey with us as we seek justice & the person responsible for her murder.
- What I've enjoyed the most about my experience with this nonprofit is... The people and the dedication, love and commitment to the missing and their families. I have become inspired and moved to make a difference like CUE and it's founder do in this world. It can be done!
- The kinds of staff and volunteers that I met were... Incredibly dedicated and selfless with enormous hearts and complete professionalism. All are so well trained and they go above and beyond. during this most difficult period in my life I never felt alone or as if no one cared.
- If this organization had 10 million bucks, it could... Help so many families bring home their missing loved ones. Searches are expensive, not to mention the National Conference they hold every year & the Road Tour that brings attention to cold cases. They would continue to spread awareness & educate all!
Ways to make it better!
- My experience would have been better if... I can't think of a way it could have been better. I am still blown away by the difference they made in my sisters case. My expectations were far exceeded.
- If I had to make changes to this organization, I would… I wouldn't change a thing. I hope that more become aware of CUE; who they are & what they do, hoping that more donate to this organization that gives so much to so many and never takes a dime. Any bit given goes along way to help so many!
- In my opinion, the biggest challenges facing this organization are... Funding and awareness that CUE even exists. Funding especially in these difficult economic times is always tough. Also those that find themselves in this situation need to know where to turn and go.
- One thing I'd also say is that... There are no words to express how grateful and thankful and blessed I feel having CUE brought into our lives. 4 years later they still stand by our side fighting, and I know without them we would have never have found my sister. Job well done!
