Reviews for Community Services For Children, Inc.

Role: Professional with expertise in this field
Rating: 5 stars

For seven years, I've had the privilege of helping CSC raise funds for its programs and services. I've also volunteered on several occasions to read to the children and help them with art projects. During that time, I've witnessed and continually been impressed with the professionalism and dedication of its staff and board, and the positive impact they have on children and families. They truly care!!

I've personally experienced the results of this organization in...

Visiting their classrooms and seeing first-hand the skills, compassion, and commitment of the staff, and the resulting smiling faces of children. Have also kept up with their publications and website which demonstrate the life-changing impact they have on the children and families they serve. My fundraising role also enables me to interact with staff .

If I had to make changes to this organization, I would...

Find more ways to raise more money so they can serve more needy children and families.

I have worked with Community Services for Children for several years helping with their development efforts to better serve the children of our area. I am continually impressd with the professionalism and dedication of all the leadership and staff I have encountered. That, in turn, has attracted volunteers and supporters of the highest caliber from the community to augment the skils and leadership within the organization. Not only is CSC noted for the caliber of programs and services it offers, but it is also recognized as the premier local repository for expertise in early childhood education.

I've personally experienced the results of this organization in...

....seeing the progress the children make in the classroom and in hearing the testimony of parents and families who have benefitted.

If I had to make changes to this organization, I would...

...perhaps change the name to make its mission more readily recognizable to the general public.
