Community Housing Partners is one of the top non-profit community development Corporations in the country. CHP has developed thousands of single and multifamily housing units throughout Virginia, Kentucky, Florida and other Southeaster states. CHP is committed to green building and sustainable design, one of the first CDC to do so.
