As a former Americorp VISTA with CTO and currently serving as a Board Member, I have seen first hand what a Great organization CTO is. It's mission, goals, and acheivements are a great asset to the City of Cleveland and surrounding areas. The Cleveland Tenants Organization works on behalf of a group of people that are normally forgotten about, landlords and tenants. I for one never knew a organization even existed that takes the time to explain what your rights are as a tenant or a landlord. I took great solice in knowing that I was providing a service to people that they couldn't receive anywhere else or just didn't know how.
I believe in CTO and I greatly appreciate what they stand for and the excellent work they do for the community and I'm honored to play a small role in what they do because it's the staff that really makes the wheels spin in that office. They work almost endlessly to ensure that the residents who call receives the information that they need.
If I could say one thing that may improve CTO, just more funding so they can reach more people.
I've personally experienced the results of this organization in...
Working as a Americorps VISTA Volunteer
If I had to make changes to this organization, I would...
More funding to help and assist more residents
