The specific purpose of the organization is to provide a mechanism for the educational and business communities of san diego county to successfully collaborate to adapt proven business practices and technology innovations for k-12 classrooms to enhance teacher effectiveness and positively impact student achievement.
Presented annual awards for innovative programs in k-12 education to an audience of 395 from 21 school districts at the hahn university center, university of san diego. From 38 nominations, cff presented 13 high tech academic achievement scholarships to avid students.

The Classroom of the Future Foundation has been supporting partnerships between businesses and school in San Diego County for more than 15 years. It has recognized dozens of technology programs that have improved teaching and learning as well as provide hundreds of thousands of dollars for academic scholarship to high school students. More than 50 companies and businesses have been engaged with local schools through the Classroom of the Future Foundation and have contributed expertise, financial resources and in-kind services aimed at facilitating student success. The Classroom of the Future Foundation is certainly deserving of a five-star rating for its dedication to improving public education.
