There are some real issues at the management level of this school that need to be rectified before success will ever be attainable. Currently too much effort is being directed towards replication when the very school they operate (ie the ONLY school that is open at this time) has myriad problems needing resolution. This is not a sustainable model! Before you make copies of something you need the original to be working 100% -- sadly, this is not the case at City on a Hill. This school could be so great -- in my opinion it used to be great some years ago -- but has lost too much focus and is heading on a crash course for implosion. Adding more sites will surely be the death of any cohesive message, and my short time with the existing staff doesn't give me confidence that the crew is ready to follow the captain. In the end, the kids will suffer and City on a Hill at large will no longer be an effective teaching institution.
