What do you do when you are on a bus that you can see is insanely speeding toward a cliff and no one else can see it?

What do you do when you voice your concern and no one can hear you over the clamor?

What do you do when you sound the alarm and everyone thinks you are
crazy?

You look around you in hopes of finding someone else who is...

sane enough to know the situation,
clear visioned enough to understand the true nature of the problem,
compassionate enough to care what happens to everyone,
and courageous enough to speak up.

Hopefully, they have a megaphone!

There are only a few people and handful of organizations that display all of these important qualities needed to make a difference in our world. Citizen Powered Media is one of them.

Our culture is headed for a crash because of rampant growth and overpopulation that exceeds the capacity of the planet to sustain. While everyone is partying or fighting over their piece of a limited pie, the voice of sanity and the need for a course correction remains largely unheard.

This problem is solvable. There is time if enough people can have their eyes opened and make better choices for the road ahead. There is time now but a few years from now, it may be too late. The untold suffering of millions of people can be avoided.

Citizen Powered Media and its "megaphone", the movie, "GrowthBusters is a clear, compassionate, courageous voice of sanity for our world and for the future of humanity. I can't think of a better opportunity to offer time and resources to turn up the volume on the most crucial of messages for the future of humanity, the future of our planet as we know it.

If I had to make changes to this organization, I would...

Give it the money and the resources needed to get the attention of our leaders and the people on this planet so that we may make this change before it is too late.

This organization has done an incredible job at promoting it's mission of sustainability through limiting a societal obsession with growth. It's not always a popular idea but they meet opposition openly and confidently. The President of the non-profit has more or less been the sole creator of all their initiatives, whether it be documentary filmmaking, the creation of short videos, blogging, tv series development, website launches, public speaking... There is no limit to the medium that he can use to help spread the word that for a happy planet and for humanity, we need to start thinking about our ecological footprint and how it is exacerbated by a false need for economic, population, and consumer growth.

If I had to make changes to this organization, I would...

I would like to see them in a position where they could hire additional help.

Citizen-Powered Media's GrowthBusters movie and public education project are badly needed to help turn us on to what really matters in life. We've gotten carried away with quantity over quality, with bigger rather than better, with more rather than enough.

This small non-profit has done
amazing things on a very small budget. There is no waste here.

If I had to make changes to this organization, I would...

generate more financial support so the organization can pay its staff and generate even more groundbreaking media to inspire the cultural change we need.
