In a short conversation about a year ago with Rev. Tom Masbaum, an EFT Practitioner with the Church of Love & Peace, I mentioned that my weekend wasn’t very great because my dog had died on Friday and I had been crying all weekend. In a short conversation he also had me remembering that my Mom's sudden death when I was 14. I was then 30 and I told him that I had pretty much had gotten over her death, but I still sometimes cried about it. Tom did about 2 or 3 minutes of his EFT tapping, while I focused on my regret about my studying one evening for a final exam rather than visiting Mom in the hospital. The regret and pain of thinking of my Mother’s death just slipped away. I have not felt like crying anymore, and I have many good memories with Mom. Thank you, Rev. Tom & EFT.
