Child and Family Services is an agency that was established in 1843. This is their 170th anniversary. They have had and continue to have a deep commitment to services to families and children. They provide a full range of Child Welfare Services and Mental Health Services through broad areas of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. They are deeply committed to their clients and the consistently provide quality services that are indeed life changing. The agency has comprehensive adoption services for older children and they provide post legal adoptions services throughout the Commonwealth. My family is comprised of two children who are adopted that are now adults. I have a first had experience with adoption (not through Child and Family) and therefore can appreciate the agency's commitment to this service. The agency's Mental Health Services are comprehensive and run the gamut from Emergency Services to. children's services and adult services. I have also had family members benefit from this service. The agency has a commitment to their staff and they support them so that the staff can in turn support the clients that they serve. An excellent agency.
