Greetings,
As a recipient of an interest free loan, I feel ever so grateful. As a graduate student it is very difficult to secure any additional sources to assist with elevating financial burdens. Therefore, I wanted to take the time to give a special thanks for the educational opportunities that have been afforded to me.

I didn't realize how lucky I was to receive an interest free loan through Central Scholarship Bureau, until I graduated and started paying back my other loans. I have paid thousands just in interest, and it's made paying off my student loan debt that much more daunting. Without Central Scholarship Bureau, I would be even more overwhelmed, and I am so thankful for their help.

CSB really helped change my college experience. While I could afford to go to college with my parents help, it was a real strain and I had to work so much that it cut into my study time. With CSB's generous help I was able to graduate in 4 years with a degree in biochemistry and study abroad for a summer in Spain which I never would have been able to do otherwise. I continued working as a resident assistant for room and board but luckily I was able to graduate debt free with just that one job. They communicate in a very prompt and effective manner and are so compassionate.

I hold the people at CSB and the work they do with the highest regard. I don't think I have ever met a group of nicer and more helpful people. Thank you for all the good work you do. Hopefully one day I will be a donor! Thanks!

Thanks to Central Scholarship Bureau, I was able to go back to school and get my degree in Elementary Education. Now I work as an elementary art teacher in a Title 1 school, and I LOVE my job. I am so very grateful to CSB for giving me an opportunity to change careers and find this level of fulfillment.

I received a scholarship from CSB and interest free student loans. All of these forms of financial assistance enabled me to become a certified English teacher at a time in which pursuing an education seemed like an impractical (if not impossible) goal. Throughout my time in college, I balanced my school workload with the rewarding but difficult burden of raising a small child. The loans I received from CSB paid for my son's childcare. Without that kind of assistance, I would not have been able to go to school and graduate magna cum laude this past summer. I am grateful to CSB and also appreciate the fact that, whenever I have had a concern, it has been very easy to communicate with CSB's employees and resolve issues. Overall, I have no reason to be dissatisfied with CSB and have every reason to be satisfied.

I received interest-free loans two years in a row and was awarded with a scholarship this year. The money has helped me pay for childcare for my son while I finish my degree in Education. :) Another thing I would like to say in favor of CSB is that they were very good at responding promptly to questions and concerns I raised via e-mail.

When I decided to return to graduate school, I wasn't sure how I was going to finance my aspiration as a school leader. Receiving an award as well as an interest-free loan from CSB has truly helped me make this important professional transition. The Financial Literacy seminar afforded as part of the selection process has helped me frame my time at school differently than I ever have before.
I am grateful for the opportunity that CSB has helped to make possible, and am happy to spread the word to anyone considering advanced studies in the Metro Baltimore area.

I think that Central Scholarship Bureau is an amazing non profit organization. I am extremely thankful that this organization has offered me a scholarship which provides a lot of help in funding the cost of college. Even though I am very grateful for CBS's assistance, I feel like they are equally happy to help out so many students because they are making a positive difference.

I want to thank CSB for doing the truly amazing work that the do. CSB gave me the opportunity to study abroad for a year; without CSB I would miss out on what was the best year of my life. I was able to learn about a new culture and explore the gorgeous land. I will never be able to show my full appreciation for how much CSB helped me. I hope that CSB will be able to grant wishes to many many many more people. I want to thank everyone on the CSB committe again for giving me such an amazing year full of growth, so thank you!

Where would I be right now if it were not for Central Scholarship Bureau contributing financially towards my dream of becoming a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist? I would not be 13 months away from an 8 year-long path! Thanks to CSB's continued support, I am a Bachelors prepared RN, soon to be a Master's prepared RN. CSB has contributed to my dream every yearthat I have been in school in the form of interest-free loans, scholarships and grants. I am planning to be a CSB liter, where I give for the rest of my life knowing that doing so will bless someone else like myself that is driven, but financially ill-prepared.
