CENTER FOR ADVANCEMENT IN CANCER EDUCATION
Invite reviews
I work in the field of nutrition and have been involved with the center for many years. I have referred clients to the center where they have received tremendous help. I have been to many lectures and book review that the founder Susan has presented. All have been eye opening and very useful in everyday life.

I have been participating in and following the work of the Center for Advancement in Cancer for several decades. In the 1980s and 1990s i volunteered in various capacities and attended conferences for man, many years. CACE provides a unique and valuable service for the public. With no vested interests and having impartially followed and reviewed most treatment programs around the world for decades it is the most credible source I know for information and referrals for people when they may be inundated with confusing and biased information at a most stressful time in their lives. CACE is also very sensitive to respecting individual belief systems and needs in offering a range of approaches from complementary medicine to biological repair. The professional conferences I have attended over the years have been a very high quality with presentations by pioneers and leaders in the field, including my field of Psychoneuroimmunology. Their public events are very informative and give practical information people can use. The professional referrals I have collaborated with or used have been the top of the line, pioneer in their fields, creative scientists. I especially appreciate CACE's emphasis on nontoxic treatments, enhancing the effectiveness of treatments and reducing side effects of conventional approaches when necessary. I have referred loved ones with a cancer diagnosis for consultations and have sent materials to friends as well. It is great to have a resource that I trust 100% for quality of information, referrals and integrity. I have been saddened to observe the organization struggling so much financially when they are doing such valuable work. With more financial support CACE cold do much more good.

I have known Dr. Susan Silberstein, founder of C.A.S.E., for many years. When I became a Job Developer for Goodwill's SCSEP Program last year, one of the first people I contacted to help (C.A.S.E. now gets free office support) was Susan, because I don't know anyone who cares as much as she does about the work she does. And C.A.S.E. is seriously in need of funding and support. I have offered my services for free and hope that others will follow. Thank you Susan. You are one in a million!

Ms. Silberstein's book, "Hungry for Health" was just the start I needed to understand and get started with an organic, alkaline diet when I was diagnosed with endometrial cancer. Now, a year later, I am very clear that this diet, and the rest of the information I have gleaned from Center's website and publications, have played a central part in my being cancer-free as of my last CT scan.

In my opinion, the biggest challenges facing this organization are...
getting mainstream physicians and oncologist to accept that diet plays a huge part in keeping cancer from forming in the first place, fighting cancer when it does begin, and keeping it away forever after treatment.

Having a CACE counselor in my corner helped enable me to do the work to eliminate a 1.5" mass diagnosed as a cancerous tumor in my small intestine to disappear in 97 days. It first showed up in a March Petscan but was declared "no longer present" in one done June 2010 at Johns Hopkins Hospital in Baltimore
