CANCERCLIMBER ASSOCIATION

Agree with the previous reviewer...I actually met the founder Sean a few times and he seems very self centered. I would truly love to know where the money is going. He has a great story, no doubt about that and is an inspiration to many, I myself am a cancer survivor and have donated in the past...but all I hear is about this mobile camp...but no updates on the site and nobody knows for sure where the money is going....be aware
The Great!
I've personally experienced the results of this organization in...
that's just it..I haven't. No clue where the money goes.
Ways to make it better...
If I had to make changes to this organization, I would...
Post financials online.
More feedback...
What I've enjoyed the most about my experience with this nonprofit is...
Sean is a great public speaker
The kinds of staff and volunteers that I met were...
zero..they don't have any..kind of disturbing
If this organization had 10 million bucks, it could...
I guess build the mobile camp if that truly is the ultimate goal as the website says
Ways to make it better...
Sean didn't seem so conceited and the financials were posted online
In my opinion, the biggest challenges facing this organization are...
stretch to call it an organization
One thing I'd also say is that...
Sean should stick to climbing mountains and inspiring cancer survivors. Clearly the non-profit isn't working out, yet I do see people donate.
When was your last experience with this nonprofit?
2009
This non-profit hasn't given a grant or done anything with the money in a few years. I would love to know how much money they do raise and what they are doing with the money. I've donated in the past, but have never received a return phone call, thank you note for the donation, nor a response to multiple letters to the PO box. There is no physical address and the founder never responds. I have serious issues with this.

This is kind of my point. I know in the past they have given grants, but that was many years ago.

One thing I'd also say is that...
they need to get their act together or stop calling itself a non-profit
