The rescue has allays been a good source of information and help. Dona is always there to help the two little girls we got from her via adoption. I personal believe it takes a very strong love for animals and a very large heart, with a few tones of determination and passion to do what the BFRR does and Dona and the crew with out a doubt in my mind have stood up to that. From boarding our little girls to helping clip there nails & clean there ears "they don't like when I do it" the BFRR is always there to help.

The Great!

I've personally experienced the results of this organization in...

when I adopted my ferrets from them. the BFRR helped my wife and me pick out the perfect pair for us. I went in looking for one and went out with two :-) how can you pick just 1 !! queue aHarmoney commercial :-)

What I've enjoyed the most about my experience with this nonprofit is...

there love for the animals they take care of.There help has been outstanding.

The kinds of staff and volunteers that I met were...

allays very helpful and compassionate about what they do.

If this organization had 10 million bucks, it could...

grow there support network, help more ferrets and there owners. not have to worry if there going to run out of newspaper for litter or paper towles to cleanup.

How frequently have you been involved with the organization?

About every six months

Over the years we have adopted and made part of our family a total of twenty nine incredible ferrets from the Broward Ferret Rescue and Referral. This life sustaining non-profit rescue and shelter is operated by kind, caring and capable individuals who volunteer their time selflessly and often without recognition. There is a no-kill policy that provides for a long term home and medical care for those who are not adopted. The BFRR deserves - and has earned - many more than five stars.

The Great!

I've personally experienced the results of this organization in...

the many adopted fuzzy family members we've loved and laughed with over the years.

Ways to make it better...

If I had to make changes to this organization, I would...

Give the present faithful souls who work so tirelessly a long vacation and lots of shelter help.

What I've enjoyed the most about my experience with this nonprofit is...

the pleasure of dealing with such fine folks who are so dedicated to the health, welfare and wellbeing of surrendered and abandoned ferrets.

The kinds of staff and volunteers that I met were...

Fantastic! Loving, knowledgeable and efficient in finding forever homes with devoted families for these precious little ones.

If this organization had 10 million bucks, it could...

Build a mega shelter and fill it with more staff and more ferrets in need. The shelter is so very often running at capacity and over.

Ways to make it better...

only if we could have found some way to adopt more ferrets!

In my opinion, the biggest challenges facing this organization are...

Obtaining financial support from donors and more support from additional volunteers.

One thing I'd also say is that...

What an awesome group of people!!
