Mission: We believe in the fundamental right of all children to have the security and love of a family. We resolve to facilitate adoptions of special needs, older and sibling children by providing financial grants to special waiting children; to actively seek out healthy and happy families who can offer love and support to special needs children; to raise public awareness of the need for healthy homes for special needs, older and sibling children and to raise public awareness of the unique joys of parenting a special child. We dedicate our work to improving the quality of life for all God's children, especially those who wait in institutions or orphanages, live in extreme poverty or under the duress of slavery, abuse or war; and we seek, create and support humanitarian programs which accomplish these goals and extend all efforts to champion and campaign for children's rights regardless of race, religion, or country of origin.
Results: As of April 1st, 2014, Brittany's Hope has helped united 667 special children from around the world with loving families in the United States. Every year, our Orphan Care programs nourish, clothe, shelter and educate over 1,400 children and provide them with the fundamentals that break the cycle of poverty and grants them control of their own future.
Target demographics: abandoned children live healthy and happy lives.
Direct beneficiaries per year: 102 special children come home to loving families and thousands more by providing food, clean water, shelter, clothing and an education
Geographic areas served: Viet Nam, Ethiopia, Kenya and around the world
Programs: Brittany's Hope Foundation recognizes that for every child who finds a loving family, there are many more who are left behind. Brittany's Hope works to improve the quality of life for those children. We build and repair orphanages and living centers worldwide. We develop and implement nutrition programs to deliver protein-rich food to undernourished children. We provide livestock and crop plantings to initiate far-reaching self-sustainable efforts within impoverished orphanages. Our Brittany's Cribs project provides cribs for children who spend their days in broken cribs without mattresses or blankets. The Emily Cane Project gives canes, mobility instruction, and independence to the blind. By providing an education, through college or vocational school, we break the cycle of poverty and empower young adults to take control of their own future. Our work is possible because of generous personal and corporate donations.

Brittany's Hope is a wonderful non-profit organization that provides matching grants to families adopting a special needs child from another country. Their application is very simple and they provide excellent support throughout the fundraising process. They work through your adoption agency and the money is released directly to your agency once the child is home with you. We were awarded a grant early in our process and quickly raised the funds needed for the matching portion. It took two years for our adoption to finalize but when we came home the money was waiting for us. This was very helpful for us to quickly pay off the expenses from the travel. We are extremely grateful to Brittany's hope.

Brittany's Hope is a wonderful non profit organization that offers grants to adoptive families.
For us it was truly a wonderful gift that enabled us to help pay for our travel expenses. It certainly lightened the load of financial stress for our family. It is a matching fund grant that is simple and easy to use. Or sons might still be waiting if not for Brittany's Hope. I would recommend this organization to anyone. They were wonderful.

Brittany's Hope grant match provided incentive for family and friends to donate and to
"double" their donation! It was a wonderful support to our adoption.

We are so grateful for Brittany's Hope. In March, we adopted our precious daughter from China and Brittany's Hope played a huge part with their generous grant. The process was smooth, timely and we are eternally grateful!

Brittany's Hope supported our family with a Seedling Grant for our newly adopted sons from Colombia. Their organization is making an enormous difference not only in the lives of adoptive families and special-needs adoptees, but in the lives of children around the world. We have been so impressed with their programs and will continue to support them now that our children are home.

What an amazing group! We recently adopted our 22 month old girl from China and received a Seedling Gift Grant to help us with our adoption expenses. They set up a smooth system so we could have our friends and families donate to our matching grant. We are so grateful for their assistance and support.
Thank you to the BHF Team and to all their generous Donors!

So thankful for an organization willing to help families adopt children! Our son has albinism, and we could not have completed the process without organizations such as Brittany's Hope. I love how organized their website is as well. It was so easy to complete pre- and post-adoption requirements. We also sent them updates via our blog as we first met our son and brought him home, and they always took the time to reply! So personable! Love this organization!
