I was a Cub Scout and I am Boy Scout and Ventuer Scout, all of which have been nothing but postive. I also was the Lodge Chief in the OA Lodge in my council and worked on summer camp staff for 5 years and I am an Eagle Scout. I do lots of work with the Scouts as a volunteer but they have done so much more for me and my family. The Scouting Organization is a great youth serving organization to get apart of as a youth or an adult volunteer.
I've personally experienced the results of this organization in...
recieving scholarships for being an Eagle Scout and it helped in getting jobs and into colleges.
If I had to make changes to this organization, I would...
get more of our nations youth to join Scouting.
What I've enjoyed the most about my experience with this nonprofit is...
meeting new people and all the fun I've had doing it.
The kinds of staff and volunteers that I met were...
very friendly and helpful.
If this organization had 10 million bucks, it could...
help change the future of our nation by helping the future leaders of our nation which is our youth.
Ways to make it better...
I hadn't takening a year off as a Bear Cub Scout.
In my opinion, the biggest challenges facing this organization are...
receiving more donations and getting more volunteers involded.
One thing I'd also say is that...
Scouting is awasome!!!! You should donate time and/or money to them and get your kids signed-up.
How frequently have you been involved with the organization?
