I have been an accountant for 35 years. This is the most flagrant abuse of 501(c)3 status that I have ever encountered. The two officers (who happen to be brothers) have hijacked this organization for their personal benefit.

This charity is an absolute scam. It is in the business of entertainment, not education. The officers direct much of the charity's business to a private business that they own.
