I have read countless reviews stating poor ethics, standards, & treatment in this facility. Of my own experience, I found a beautiful Persian stray cat and took it here because I could not take it in and I did not want to see it die as it seemed like a house cat that had been abandoned for quiet some time. The lady at the front desk refused to take her and said they were full which I understood but then went on to insult me saying I should not have tried to save her and I should have left her to roam the streets and die. I am so confused how a woman so heartless can work here?
She also said if I tried to leave the adorable kitten there that she would have me arrested. I am appalled!
