Reviews for Bhumi

I find that Bhumi is attempting something powerful. Developing leadership at grassroots.. to awaken India. Its early days.. but some results are encouraging. Mujeeb is a Visionary leader who has succeeded in mobilising not only thousands of mentors but also inspired many of us facilitators to contribute. Thereby impacting lives of thousands of 9th and 10th std kids of the slums in Rasoolpura, Hyderabad. I enjoyed working with and contributing to the Bhumi team. It was co-creative. There are multiple openings and possibilities to realise the vision. Bhumi is now focusing on strengthening themselves operationally and financially. I am optimistic that we should be able to pull this off - in which case it will impact the country in a significant way.
I've personally experienced the results of this organization in...
sustaining the body of coaches who work with hundreds of mentors and enthusiasm of the core team. Plus impacting thousands of kids and mentors.
If I had to make changes to this organization, I would...
- ensure greater connectedness amongst people thru at least a monthly communication note - getting on top of the financial challenge - even greater focus on building the core team and coaches.
What I've enjoyed the most about my experience with this nonprofit is...
The authenticity and the passion of the team. The kind of people that it is able to attract and the co-creative energy that we are able to manifest.
The kinds of staff and volunteers that I met were...
competent, passionate and inspirng.
If this organization had 10 million bucks, it could...
bring about profound transformation.
Ways to make it better...
operationally and financially they were better equipped.
In my opinion, the biggest challenges facing this organization are...
One thing I'd also say is that...
