I've adopted several horses from another rescue so I understand firsthand the hardwork and dedication that goes into caring for these amazing creatures.
The only change I would make is that they acquire more volunteers so they can continue their mission. Without volunteers they can only take in a limited amount which means more equines go to slaughter. I try not to look at it that way. In the big picture I try to view it as if we can save one horse Beech Brook is accomplishing their mission.
I have seen many horses come in sick and be made well so they could beadopted into loving families.
Seeing my daughter learn the value of helping to save horses.
