Our mission is to provide therapeutic intervention, support, education, training and prevention strategies to parents, families, children and other individuals impacted by Reactive Attachment Disorder and other mental health issues related to childhood.
Our primary expertise is in working with children who have experienced trauma or neglect in their lives that has resulted in an attachment disorder. Primarily we work with children after they have been adopted into loving and caring families, whether they came from the domestic foster care system, international adoption or some other type of trauma. We treat the children individually as well as working with each child's parents and in the context of the family. Our goal is to assist the child therapeutically, teach the parents strategies that support their child's healing, repair any emotional damage the parents have suffered while supporting the marital bond that is frequently stressed by raising a child with attachment issues.

I was unaware of what Reactive Attachment was and curious to find out when my step-daughter was diagnosed. I was blessed to find Teresa. I was ready to abandoned her and my husband. I could not go on one more day with the struggling of loving her. I was relieved and excited when I spoke with her over the phone. I had to convince my husband it was what we needed. The first time I met her I wanted her to come home with me and fix my daughter. We have been several times and it gets better and better all the time. I have hope now to hang on and love my daughter through this, knowing with Teresa's help we ARE going to get through it. I am blessed beyond words for what Teresa has done for me and my WHOLE family.
If I had to make changes to this organization, I would...
One change I would make her office would be closer to my house! LOL
