Since its inception in 1999, the Association for Comprehensive energy Psychology (ACEP) has promoted the goals of unifying a diverse field of professionals who utilize human electromagnetic and bioenergetic potentials to promote healing of mind-body-spirit. During the past decade, I have seen ACEP grow from a handful to a legion as it has helped the field of Energy Psychology (EP) gain credibility through its support of research and education that has resulted in over 50 published research papers and the certification of hundreds of professionals in the methods of EP. I am glad to count myself among the many volunteers with whom I have had the pleasure and honor of knowing and working. This group of caring individuals are changing our health care system and our world by bringing a level of healing into the mainstream that engenders healing, health and peace into the lives of those who have sufferred much without relief from conventional health care practices. This non-profit organization has and continues to make a difference.

We are fortunate to live at a time when this Association exists! All seekers of truth and emotional health like myself will find energy psychology not only a useful resource in times of stress but a key to understanding one's personality and the dynamics of our usual responses to stress which can readily be changed to more effective, adaptive functioning. Energy psychology is the leader in the growing field of energy medicine and leads in providing many applications suitable for clinical practices as well as for personal self-care. if this Association did not already exist--i would have to start one!

Learning about energy psychology has been the most extraordinary gift for me personally and, most importantly, for my clients. The partnership of using strategies that include working to balance the body's energy along with more traditional theories including cognitive-behavioral and acceptance/commitment skills has been quite remarkable, a 'no-brainer', if you will. ACEP has been a safe, ethical group of professionals who have provided the space and opportunity for trainings that are grounded and sensible. I really encourage others to check into ACEP and see if your experience is similar to mine. It was a life-changer for me. It is helpful, too, now that there is more research built in the last several years to validate the quality of the approaches. Respectfully submitted, Sue Davis, LPC, Portland, Or.

I highly encourage mental health professionals to learn about an extraordinary category of healing techniques collectively known as Energy Psychology. ACEP is the ideal place to find training in this field, to review the growing body of research that validates this work, and to network with a fantastic group of healing professionals. The ACEP conferences I've attended were fantastic experiences, and as a member of ACEP, I'm able to stay abreast of what's happening in this very fast moving field.

ACEP is an amazing resource for both professionals seeking training in Energy Psychology approaches (EFT, TAT, CEP, TFT, etc.) and for clients seeking help from well-trained professionals. The organization is also doing wonderful work promoting and supporting research in this emerging field of mental health care.

ACEP brings together a diverse group of energy healers from different parts of the world and from different modalities to learn from each other, grow, and also have a lot of fun! What makes ACEP so great is the high caliber of people it draws in and the awareness that when we network with like-minded people, we are all stronger. As a past Board Member and a Consultant in ACEP's certification program, I have grown tremendously from my interaction with this group.

I attended my first ACEP conference in 2012. This was the best conference I have ever attended and I have been to numerous conferences! The people I met were from all over the world and had been experts that I had studied while completing a doctorate. I came away with new learning and enthusiasm. The energy of the attendees exemplified what is being taught. The research provided is valuable to support the field and spread the power of Energy Psychology. The commitment to bringing health, wellness and changing the world to make it better for everyone was evident. Leadership in the organizatino evidence integrity and respect for members.

I have been a member of ACEP since 2001 and have found this organization to be highly ethical, open-minded and professional. Members are diverse healing professionals who clearly want to make this world a better place. I chose to change careers after using energy psychology techniques for my own self care and wanted a way to help others experience this healing too. I was delighted to be able to complete certification, both as an EFT practitioner and an Energy Health Practitioner through ACEP. I have served on the board since 2007 because I truly believe in the valuable work this organization does through continuing education, research, humanitarian efforts and collaboration with other professionals. The annual meetings are always outstanding.
