In the fifteenth year, 2026 ADSCC will have the first option to buy Apache ASL Trails. Our next project is Phase 2 on the same site. it will be 50-apartment cooperative building of 4 stories like Phase 1. After this, we will focus on housing needs in Tucson, AZ.
