I am happy to say that I truly enjoy working with the Villagers and staff at Annandale Village. Our campus is beautiful and we strive daily to improve our services and programs. It is an honor to work with such a dedicated staff. It makes my day to visit the Program Center and to be greeted by our Villagers.

there were funding for more staff to allow us to offer more programs and services.
In my opinion, the biggest challenges facing this organization are...
the economic challenges for fund raising in the near future; meeting the increasing documentation requirements for federal programs and licensing.
One thing I'd also say is that...
Annandale Village offers peace of mind for our families, a safe, nurturing environment for our Villagers and a great place to work for our employees.
