I donate to this organization because they put 100% of their donations back into helping shelters and rescues. They are an all volunteer organization and spend every dime they have giving back to animals. They really level the playing field for the smaller shelters who have no time or resources. Its really great to follow them on their map across the country on their website http://www.ASAP-USA.org. Thanks to Purina Pets for People for providing so much food!

ASAP is a wonderful organization. It is amazing what 3 dedicated woman and a host of volunteers can do. Donations of food and litter have reach 3/4's of the United States including Puerto Rico and St. Croix. Many thanks to Purina Pets for People donating so much food and litter. Dozens of truckloads of food go out each month. In addition they spay and neuter almost a thousand cats per year and donate much needed medical services to the local community.

Animal Services and Assistance Programs, Inc. (ASAP) provides food, supplies programs and services to shelters and rescues across the US. Founded in 2008 as the first national 501c3 NFP organization of its kind we have distributed over 15,000,000 pounds feeding over 100,000 shelter animals. ASAP's Guardian Angels program provides surgery for shelter animals across the US in order that they be placed for adoption and not euthanized. ASAP founded the first County approved TNR (Trap-Neuter-Return) program in Illinois. ASAP's mission is to give shelters assistance so they can focus on saving more lives.

Since 2010, I have served as a board member for Animal Services and Assistance Programs (ASAP). It is an honor and a privilege to be a part of ASAP. Our organization, comprised of only volunteers, has several programs to help animal shelters, rescue organizations, and individuals when their manpower or funding can’t quite get the job done. Through various local and national connections, not to mention several very successful fundraisers, we have helped make it possible for shelters and rescues to feed their animals, provide them good vet care, and connect them with potential adopters. All ASAP funds are used in the support of animal welfare programs across the country whose animals now have a fighting chance for a better life.

During the past couple of years I have volunteered for an awesome group of people called ASAP, Animal Services and Assistance Programs. They provide many services to animal rescue groups and individuals, including but not limited to, delivery and distribution of dog and cat food, vaccinations, low cost spay/neuter, veterinary services, and animal transport. They are truly a one of a kind organization with knowledgeable, dedicated and caring members and volunteers. ASAP has delivered millions of pounds of dog and cat food to needy rescue organizations, and have made a huge difference in the lives of all the people and animals they’ve touched. It is thanks to ASAP that many thousands of sheltered and adopted animals are still alive and have a shot at a good life.

I adopted my kitty Maile from ASAP in November of 2011. Cindy was so helpful in answering all my questions and even arranged to meet me to pick Maile up. I was given complete up to date medical records and even a prepaid registration for her microchip. I am so happy I was able to give Maile her furever home - she is a wonderful addition to our family. Thank you Cindy & ASAP.

ASAP is a wonderful organization that serves both local and national animal rescue organizations, as well as providing many services to local people through their TNR program. They also have a wonderful Guardian Angels program that helps provide medical care to ill or injured animals in shelters, then finds them placement in a no-kill shelter until they are adopted. I've been blessed to get to participate in several of their pet food distributions for animal rescue groups, as well as fostering kittens and cats in need of a temporary home & helping them get adopted. Love this organization, and the great things they do for animal rescue groups!

I am a veterinarian that has known the Board Members of ASAP for many years. The organization has continued to deliver food to shelters and provide funds for medical care of pets when owners cannot afford to take care of them. No other organization in our area helps distribute food to shelters in need like ASAP.

Animal Services and Assistance Programs, Inc, has helped me in such a big way. I was feeding the wild cats in my neighborhood because I felt sorry for these poor homeless animals. They started bringing their kittens to me, I did not have enough money to fix the five female cats that were here. Susan and Cindy came into the neighborhood and helped me to trap the females get them fixed and fix and find homes for all the 15 kittens. They fixed the males which helped with all the cat fights in the neighborhood and also helped to relocate and adopt out some of the more tame cats that had been dumped out and left behind by a rental house down the street. They also paid the medical bill to help one female who only had three legs, she came to my porch one day with the only back leg she had, broken. This wonderful organization paid to have a pin put in her broken leg. This cat now lives in our home and is the sweetest most appreciative cat I have ever known.

I worked with this organization through their trap and release program. They provided assistance in trapping feral stray cats, helped with low cost neutering and the cats were returned to my care afterwards. The people from the organization were very helpful and patient. They also assisted me when I found very young kittens whose mother had disappeared. I didn't know what to do and they came right over, evaluated the kittens (who were very sick and cold) and took care of everything.
